Overall had really nice stay for a short visit. All the employees were top-class and efficient. The location was peaceful in the secure area. Local fast food option Burger King was 10 minutes walk away...

Recently refurbished and well-equipped rooms with condition enough to complain and the Internet, as example. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

The stairway leading to the rooms smelled like pee

I made reservations for a non smoking room, but was given a room that someone had obviously smoked in....for years! Yuck! It smelled awful!! It was room #228 and did not had a non smoking sign on the door like the others, but I was told that ALL the rooms were non smoking rooms. The smoke was embedded in every fiber of the room, sad really. They needed my $74 that bad they would rent me a smoking room and tell me it was non smoking. What a shame.

Had a great stay at Red Roof Inn & Suites Madison, Ga. The location is particularly good, close to Augusta, GA, Stone Mountain Laser Lightshow, and Atlanta. The staff was super-friendly. The room was immaculately clean and new-fashioned. Internet and air conditioning were in excellent condition.

it was quiet,pool was warm,clean..bed didn't have bugs, that was a plus, thanks for spraying often.

the carpet smelled bad,..the bathroom had bad mildew,i had to go buy Lysol to spray it.washer did not work..whole place could have been cleaner ,maybe clean with Lysol....did not like that there were car loads of guys sitting in front of pool window watching swimmers.. rude..did not like the exercise window looking out into pool ,we had gaukers..it was very uncomfortable..

ALL the staff was the BEST!! Not only friendly and polite, but conversational, helpful, and accommodating. The delicious free breakfast was a definite plus and was a nice addition to an already reasonable price. I love that there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room, along with a coffee maker. Great water pressure in the shower. Great location near popular stores and restaurants yet set off from the main road, which was quiet and more private.

The rooms/hallways were a little dated, but the lobby was very nice. There was a good deal of dust behind the bed. There was no conditioner in the bathroom, although there was complimentary shampoo (of average quality). There was no elevator, and we had an upstairs room, but luckily didn't have much luggage. There was no entry other than the front, although there were side doors that could be "propped."

I loved my stay at Red Roof Inn & Suites in Madison. I had a spacious and modern room with internet access. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was marvelous. I would definitely recommend staying here for at least one night.

Location in Madison was good just a few miles down the road from the centre.

Bed sheets and towels old and tired. Stained sheets although cleaned. Basically should have been replaced.

Front desk staff very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Lobby and rooms attractive, nice, and clean. Breakfast had a great variety of selections. Found this location on Booked.net and would stay again, if passing through the area.

Walls are thin and noise could be heard in the adjacent room throughout the night. Morning coffee was just "ok"...Hot eggs looked more like an egg patty. No elevator in this facility...stairs only.
